Coarc Fusion Services offers Day Habilitation to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Columbia County.
People come to Coarc’s Mellenville Headquarters for Fusion Day Services. Our personal, social and recreational offerings and supports will assist you to achieve your goals and be a part of your community.
At Fusion, we will work to support your needs and interests. With day habilitation activities such as cooking in our full kitchen, crafting, gardening or performing in our drama club, Fusion offers a wide variety of choices. Let us know what you are interested in! We have two bright program rooms filled with activities to select from. There are many opportunities to take trips into the community to enjoy a performance, shop, volunteer, enjoy our local parks and participate in the community.
Fusion Day Habilitation offers choices and independence. Staffing is approximately one Direct Support Professional to seven individuals. Clinical supports are available and include social work, speech therapy and physical therapy. Fusion is open weekdays from 7:15 am to 3:30 pm. We are closed all major holidays. Coarc provides transportation from your home to Fusion.
