Maintain the residence as a home and assist residents in acquiring skills necessary for independent living and functioning within the community. Provide supervision and assist residents in skills of daily living, managing personal finances, and maintaining the cleanliness of the house and grounds.Provide transportation as needed; dispense medications; complete all necessary documentation.This position will also implement a program of training for all new RSP personnel per regulatory requirements as requested by management staff. Train new staff in all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly essential duties and responsibilities in accordance with program standards

Requires HS diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Human Services preferred. Must have valid driver's license.Must be able to be certified in SFA, CPR, SCIP, Med. Administration, and COARC Vehicle Driver.Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and transfer individuals in accordance with proper techniques.
