Job Title: Residence Counselor
Program: Residential Services
Location: Multiple locations throughout Columbia County
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: A variety of full and part time opportunities available day night and weekend schedules. Status: Para-professional
Salary Range: $8.74 per hour plus our exceptional benefits package! 
Additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement individual service plans of residents to assist them in acquiring independent living skills, e.g. personal health and hygiene, maintenance of living environment, personal financial skills, use of community facilities and services, etc. Document services provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires HS diploma or GED and one year of experience; Associates Degree in Human Services preferred. Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to be certified in SFA, CPR, SCIP, Med. Administration, and COARC Vehicle Driver. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and transfer individuals in accordance with proper techniques.
