Job Title: IRA Manager

Minimum Starting Salary: Based on education and experience plus our exceptional benefits package!  Additional $2.00 per hour for weekend hours worked between 7:00 am - 11:00 pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the designated residential site and ensure appropriate staff coverage.Establish effective residential programming for residents by fostering individual growth, development and safety and by facilitating integration of individuals into the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED plus two year's experience.Experience with MR/DD population preferred.Prior supervisory experience preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills required.Valid NYS driver's license required.Able to be certified in Standard First Aide, CPR, Medication Administration, SCIP and COARC Vehicle Driver.Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and transfer individuals in accordance with proper techniques.
