Job Title: Intensive IRA Shift Supervisor

Minimum Starting Salary: $13.52 per hour plus our exceptional benefits package! 
Plus additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p.m. Sunday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide supervision and direction to program staff on same shift. Ensure supervision and provision of active programming to all residents. Position directly supervises 3-5 Intensive IRA Residence Counselors and/or Support Services Aides per shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required. One year related experience required. Valid driver's license. Must have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and transfer individuals. Must be able to become certified in SFA, SCIP, Med. Administration, CPR, and COARC Vehicle Driver.
