Job Title: Intensive IRA Residence Counselor

Salary Range: $12.24 per hour plus our exceptional benefits package! 
Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p.m. Sunday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide supervision and programming to Intensive IRA residents in such areas as self-care, health, nutrition, recreation, interpersonal relationships, community awareness, independent living, communication, self-preservation and behavior management.  Maintain records as needed. Transport residents as needed.  All shifts require staff to remain awake at all times.
May be required to work beyond regular scheduled hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED. One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to become certified in SFA, CPR, SCIP, Med. Administration, and COARC Vehicle Driver. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and transfer individuals in accordance with proper techniques.
